With over two decades of expertise in personal training and fitness coaching, Jeremy Hughes has been transforming lives both nationally and globally through elite in-person training and innovative online coaching. His journey in fitness is built on a foundation of science, experience, and a relentless passion for human performance.
Jeremy holds a degree in Biological Sciences from Wright State University and has honed his craft under some of the industry’s most respected professionals. His 10-year apprenticeship with legendary fitness expert John Parrillo of Parrillo Performance gave him unparalleled insight into advanced training methodologies, nutrition, and body composition optimization.
Jeremy’s dedication to health, strength, and transformation is deeply personal—rooted in his own journey of overcoming childhood struggles with body image. This firsthand experience fuels his empathetic yet results-driven approach, making him not just a trainer, but a mentor and guide to those seeking lasting change.

Kristin Hughes
Co-Founder | Exercise Science Specialist
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science from Indiana University, Kristin Hughes has dedicated her career to the science of movement, injury prevention, and strength training excellence. Her passion for fitness began as a competitive athlete, excelling in multiple sports before focusing on volleyball, where she became a Tennessee State Champion.
Following graduation, Kristin spent three years at Star Physical Therapy, where she worked in an outpatient rehabilitation setting, deepening her expertise in using exercise as a powerful tool for healing, injury prevention, and long-term mobility. This experience solidified her commitment to helping clients move pain-free, train with confidence, and build resilient, high-performing bodies.
At Paragon Strength & Fitness, Kristin’s mission is clear: to empower clients with the knowledge and skills to strength train safely and effectively. Her precision-based coaching style emphasizes proper technique, injury prevention, and progressive strength development, ensuring that every movement is performed with purpose. She is known for her attentive coaching, expert verbal cues, and hands-on guidance, helping clients master their form while optimizing their results.
Kristin also has a deep passion for supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum recovery. With specialized training and personal experience, she expertly guides women through safe, effective strength training tailored to each stage of motherhood. Her approach helps clients maintain strength during pregnancy, support core and pelvic health, and rebuild confidence and vitality after birth—proving that motherhood and strength can thrive together.
